Honestly, I didn't know that such a pretty pretty place exists in Singapore! I love how it's tucked away from the bustling city life and snugged in the middle of a park. It's actually a great place for garden weddings and may I say, I love the mansion so much, all I could think of when I was there, was how do I go about acquiring it.
Yup, I want to buy that mansion and live in it.
Perhaps in my next life. Or when Singapore becomes 10 times its current size.
So Jason brought me for a prosecco brunch buffet as a birthday treat in February! Thank you so, so much! I mean if anyone has been reading this blog long enough, December had been pretty rough so I really didn't enjoy my birthday then.
The spread here is pretty decent, not as great as the bigger buffets like The Line. But because of its smaller spread, you get to have space in your stomach to eat whatever dishes you love, twice. Or thrice. The highlight for me was the pasta. The sauce was so, so good I could eat 5 bowls of it. In fact, I could just have that and free flow wine & prosecco.
(I thought I should bold that sentence because I didn't take a photo of the goddamn good pasta)
Oh and I love caprese salad (the one at the bottom right of the photo). I love the combination of mozzarella cheese and tomato and I wouldn't mind just having them (and the pasta) with that free flow wine and prosecco.
The seafood was fresh though, thankfully, and the dessert was, as I've expected, only average. Somehow buffets never ever have amazing desserts. The desserts always pale in comparison to the other food.
As for the wine and prosecco, really really good. I would absolutely love to come back here again!
